  In a separate conversation, are you working with a real estate agent? If so, you shouldn't have to ask! I use First Call Home Inspection. http://www.callhomeinspection.com/ Dave and Dan are wonderful with agents and with Buyers, and while they're thorough, they don't raise unnecessary alarms.
