  Hi. I am looking for a personal trainer. Have been to two recently but neither understand the challenges of being a mum. Both were quite young and had never had children so when I explained that some exercises did not work for me after giving birth they looked quite blank and I found I was reminding them every session. I need somewhere that I can take my three year old with me. I was doing three pt sessions a week and costing $120. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
