  Sue G. wrote: The contractor walked off the job (breach of contract) when we pointed areas of his work that concerned us. New contractors were brought in to complete the job and correct the work that was not done to code as specified in the contract. Small claims awarded a judgement of $5,000 + court costs. Haven't seen a penny of the money and probably never will. DO NOT do business with this contractor!!!

  ISO handyman. Sorry, not looking for big company with overhead. I need reasonable! I have a handful of things I need done. To start with, I need a small amount of baseboard finished. (I have the baseboards and they are painted. You will need your own saw.) I also have a handful of light switches and electrical outlets that need switched from almond to white. I have the replacements on hand. I need quarter round installed around my fireplace to finish off hardwood floors. I have the quarter round and I will stain it. Serious workers PM me and let me know your availability etc. It may take me a bit to get back with you, but will be by this evening.   K Pro Home Improvement (Me!!) 30 yrs experience...just finishing replacing every piece of trim in a large house in Eureka... price by the job, this won't be much.....636-443-3015....very reasonable, especially since you are in OFallon....
