  Could I have some advice please from you CP peeps who are into your fitness and health please. I'm wanting to start running again to build up my fitness. I want to start in doors first, but hate the gym and have little time due to my erratic working hours and finances. Could anyone recommend an indoor treadmill? Possibly one that isn't too heavy and portable that I could have at home? Any advice would be amazing as I'm going around in circles scouring the net. Xxx
