The ChocoLatier is a exciting ,creative cake business for the love of cake!
Hi my name is mallori I am the creator of "The Chocolatier " I wanted a affordable cake business to help the fellow busy mom or just a mom that would love a cake at an affordable price . My Journey started with wanting to do a cake for my son who was then 6 yrs old at the time and we were having it at the bowling alley .
So there it began decorations and invites etc til i decided to look out of the box and draw the cake i wanted which was a four pins with the bowling ball and the lane sounds simple huh i was thinking maybe a hundred or so dollars . The first bakery defiantly told me that would get a quarter of it . I was shocked that my cake i wanted was 360.00 $$$$ dollars yes dollars for a kids birthday !! No way .. So i took the cake on and well had no idea i could do it . well it turned out perfect ! so I then took on a couple more cakes until it has now turned in to a fun passionate job that I am booked all the time with referrals .long story short I am here to build my business and satisfy all my customers with one of my creations or a picture of what u would like at an affordable price .
