  Has anyone else noticed that the red light at the intersection of Cayton and Hopeful Church has been out for at least 2 weeks now? It's on Cayton going towards the Mall. I would have thought a city street worker ( or even a policeman) would have seen it by now, but I guess not? So...Who should I call to get it fixed?
