  Minnesota Statue 146.A lays out some rules for complementary alternative practitioners. These apply statewide but are poorly enforced, so many municipalities have their own regulations. It's a nightmare. We have no state license, yet. We are fighting for voluntary registration and hope it becomes law next year.
