About us

Kristen Erdmann, owner and teacher of Om Rama Yoga Studio offers hatha yoga classes at Integrated Wellness Chiropractic (109 W. Baraga Ave, Marquette, MI) and at Superior Fitness (102 Coles Dr., Marquette, MI). She also is available to teach private classes, one-on-one or small group.

Om Rama Yoga Studio is a private yoga studio for one-on-one and small group sessions by appointment only.

Kristen Erdmann is a certified RYT 200 hour Hatha yoga instructor, trained in the Himalayan tradition. Kristen discovered
yoga more than 16 years ago and it has been an integral part of her life ever since. She has been teaching yoga in the greater
Marquette area for the past 6 years.
