Contract
A. Model Release
I hereby give Outdoor Photography By Faith the right to use all images taken from the session on the photographer's website,social media, and/or marketing materials by booking a session.Unless otherwise discussed before session.
B. Session Fee
Session Fee does not include any products. Session fee only covers the time and talent of the photographer. All fees discussed and agreed upon before session.
C.Liability
Photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business.
D. Images
Images will remain backed up on the photographers hard drive for 3 months. At this point they may be deleted to make room for additional session.Client will be notified by Facebook before deleted.Clients will be responsible for any cost if an extra cd is needed within the 3 month period. Images are to be given credit to Outdoor Photography By Faith
By booking a session client hereby agrees to all above.
