  My advise is to listen to all opinions and to do a full week at each box and then make an informed decision. As the owner of crossFit CEY and CrossFit CFM I am also in favour of Neil owner of Balistix Crosffit who is a great coach and has a great box. We are all community in helderberg an CrossFit fanatics. THREE DAYS PER WEEK: R790 per month This allows you to attend any 3 classes of your choice per week including the boxing. UNLIMITED ATTENDANCE : R950 per month This will allow you to attend as many classes as you wish. This is the best way to achieve results as quickly as possible .
