  Can anyone recommend a good builder to cover Avening? Looking for a quote for a garage conversion for our garage which is below our house. More than just a simple garage conversion as a staircase needs to be made from the house down into the garage and prob a RSJ needed. Will need to meet with building regs and prob need a Structural Engineer too. Thanks for any suggestions!
