When we called to ask if she was coming, she said she never heard from us so she started on another grooming. She said she tried calling to make sure we would show up and didn't get an answer. We don't have cell service at our house, which we told her when we initially made our appt. When we left our initial conversation we both agreed that we would meet at a specific location at a specific time! She argued with me that it was our fault, shouting "wait a minute" "wait a minute, you don't know what your talking about". I'm sorry but I run a business and I would never not show up or take another client in someones place because they didn't call to confirm. I show up for my appointments and I take responsibility for my business! Sorry for the rant, I've never given a bad review in my life but her rude and arrogant attitude made me upset enough to say something.Thank you for your feedback. -

We have 2 that get car sick so she is a blessing. Not only does she come to you in an immaculate self contained trailer, but she is wonderful with dogs. With our community dogs, she had every personality from premadonna divas to our old ranch dog that hadn't been groomed by a professional in 11 years (he loved being blow dried btw). I would HIGHLY recommend her to everyone.
