  We are in the process of selling our house in Farmington and finally moving to Durango where my husband has been working for 6 years now. What are the options for short term month to month rentals? We will need somewhere to stay temporarily until our house closes and we have the chances to find a long term rental that suits our needs. We would like a clean one bedroom with a kitchen. It doesn't need to be fancy and it's just the two of us with no pets/smokers. Just looking for advice. Are there even options like this available?

  Rentals are nearly impossible now...You'd be better of working on re-investing your $ from your home into a new one. I am on the phone 3 hours everyday looking for homes for my Buyers daily.
