  Depends on the issue specifically. My neurologist is Dr. Joseph Casaly and his practice is The Headache Clinic of North Texas. He's across the street from Lewisville Hospital. The short drive from here to Lewisville is well worth it, should you be seeking help with migraines. The office is quiet, small and filled with compassion. 972-221-8583
