Beatrix Events has been part of corporate event, public relations industry and high-end wedding planning for over 10 years in which we grow, evolve and make your event a calendar entry for your guests, delegates and exhibitors.
Based on the specified need and direction briefed to us by our client; Beatrix Events takes great pleasure in professionally heading and organising the following event functions:
- Event conceptualisation
- Sourcing of suppliers, including venues, decor, catering, master of ceremonies, entertainment and promotional merchandise
- Coordination of these suppliers prior and subsequent to events
- General related tasks including but not limited to budget management, event-related marketing, RSVP's and many more.
