Ok I had a blast playing baseball yesterday but when we was practicing before the game I def tweaked something in my lower back but I still played the whole game and today I am still able to get out and about but it really hurts badly it sucks getting old chiropractor here I come tomorrow after work. Anybody know of any good ones around the Boro?
