  For my Western Suburb friends. We are looking at a house that needs significant work (flooring, redo upstairs bathrooms including redesign, new windows, sliding door, fix exterior defects, etc). We need a contractor to walk through the house to give us a rough estimate on how much to do each project. If you know anyone who is GOOD, please either post or message me.
