  Arborist Recommendation Need your help reddit. I need an arborist recommendation. We are in the city of Seattle, and have a tree that is a large cedar (requires permit to remove) that is rotting at the base and we'd like to remove the tree. We had an arborist come and he assessed it as a "moderate to high" issue. Which the city didn't allow a permit for (they only permit for critical). The city suggested I get a second arborist to come out and assess. Anyone have any recommendations on an arborist? Need one that would give a "good" assessment.
