  Dr. Nakanishi at the Komuro Clinic, 9 th floor of the Mio bldg in Tennoji. The assistants don't speak English, but his is very good. I went in for a walk-in cleaning so I had to wait a bit. For a root canal I'd call ahead to make sure he's in. http://www.dk-komuro.com/03-iin-3-mio.html
