  I hope it's okay that I post this here, I just really need some help finding support in the community. I've been dealing with mental health problems for years and lately it has been getting worse so I need somewhere to go for professional help. I've been on a waiting list to see a psychiatrist since January - Dr. Young. If anyone knows where I can go or who I can contact in the mean time, it would be greatly appreciated. I can't cope with this stuff on my own anymore and I'm open to just about anything! Thanks in advance

  Diane Valiquette there is new walkin clinic opened by the LHIN for mental health (grief in its many forms would be classified here).They are finding a lot of men are going.
