  This initiative is looking good. I stay in Malviya Nagar. I am looking for a cross fit type training in south Delhi. While the rebook cross fit in Gurgaon is far and expensive, I am not very sure of the reviews they or cross fit Himalaya have received. In Chennai, quad and the unit have taken up the core idea of cross fit and created neat training gyms. I was wondering if something similar exists here. Secondly, any good and recommended MMA training centers near Malviya Nagar? Thanks!

  Anil - Crosstrain fight club is one of the best for MMA in Delhi. They have highly qualified trainers and it has been covered by the papers regularly.
