  Dr Turk at Portsmouth (he he he) Dental Care in N. Portland. I was so afraid to go to the dentist that I literally let my teeth rot! Dr,. Turk understands. And while it is still a trial for me to get dental work done, Dr Turk does everything to help me. He does wonderful work, the staff is great and he loves dogs! 503 289 7043

  I have an aversion to dentists, has something to do with having braces TWICE. That being said, I use and recommend the folks at [Portsmouth Dental Care](http://www.portsmouthdentalcare.us/) in NoPo. Either Dr. is good. Dr. Frohnmayer is the older of the two so if you want build a 'relationship' with a dentist go to Dr. Turk. Their staff is cool and if you warn them you're a bit...ahem...*wary* of dentists they'll take it nice and easy (which is code for giving you the gas early). :)
