  Chris Mitchell Anybody recommend someone who does roof work? I have peeling paint in the attached "sun room" (annoying thing is when we bought this place I pegged it as the sellers covering past water damage but the inspectors said everything was fine and it wasn't enough to not want the house.. oh well). I'm hoping it's just some loose/missing shingles or something but I'm hoping for someone who does free estimates / comes well regarded
