  I have a couple of relatively small plumbing issues (big enough that I need a plumber, small enough that they do not qualify as emergencies in any sense). The first plumber I called said there's a $70 charge just to come out and talk about the problems. So, before I make that kind of commitment: Does anyone have a plumber recommendation in the Lebanon, Pennsylvania, area?
