A question: does someone know and can recommend an effective weight loss program?
I've tried conventional methods and unconventional ones but I have five problems that all together add up into making things quite difficult: strong immunity to appetite reduction medication, the "drink olive oil" method doesn't work (it lowers my appetite a little, but not enough for weight loss), a very slow metabolism, nothing thyroid-related to simplify things, and an utter lack of willpower.
The next, most obvious step would be bariatric surgery, but I'd very much prefer exhausting the non-invasive alternatives first if there's any left, so recommendations are most welcome, particularly if they're scientifically vetted or at least strongly probable.
