  Yes. But only after I checked out his license status at http://idfpr.com if in IL. A Dr. Christopher has a couple of black marks on his license. A Dr. Kirk had 16 black marks on his. So Dr. Kirk let his lapse and is now practicing without a license. Now there's some news for the SJ-R!

  Ours is 630-307-0124. Is it a wisdom tooth? Elizabeth Perez works for a dentist too. I think their office is in Elgin. May be Closer than my office.
