  Vikki & Alex at Eat Ibiza did ours a couple of years back. Vikki is a master caterer and does great wedding cakes. They'll also put you in touch with wedding ministers and sort flowers etc http://www.eat-ibiza.com/en/ If its a non church wedding I highly recommend these guys: http://www.ibizaceremony.com/priests Melchior did our ceremony and he's a really great guy
