I respond by letting you know that I require potential new buyers to meet me at my office before showing them homes for sale (and if that's not practical because of the location).... Then I let you know you need to take a picture of your photo ID and send it to me along with a preapproval letter or proof of funds from your bank......Would you understand and oblige or would I lose your business?

  Be aware of where you park and when you plan to return to your car. If you park during the daylight hrs but plan to return after dark, park under a street light. Take a quick look at your car before you just jump in, is there a broken wing window? Is there anything attached to the bumper? Get a high end flashlight like a Surefire and leave it off until you need to shine it in someone's eyes. You want to combat Rat F@/& Sons a Bitches? that's what I've been doing for the last 28 years.
