LeeAnna K. wrote: This office has an unwavering policy of not letting parents back with children as young as 3 years old. I explained I would like to be present at my 3 yr olds appointments. I was told they checked with the dentist and would make an exception for us. I was told at appointment #2 that I could no longer go back with my child (who was well behaved and calm at the initial visit). It is extremely inconsiderate to promise an expectation of service to a patient and refuse after they have taken off of work and pulled their child out of school for an appointment. If we were told their policy was iron clad from the beginning we would have never visited this office to begin with.Was this review helpful to you? -
