  Hurricane clip installation hello! I just purchased a home in St Pete and it does not currently have hurricane clips. I am looking for any recommendations y’all may have for a company/contractor/person that installs them (without replacing the roof) Thanks in advance !

  Without replacing roof or siding may be difficult depending on the access to the wall and roof supports. Any roofer should be about to evaluate for you. Any suggestions on reputable companies that aren't super expensive. So far I have the following: One actually professional, told me he would be high but its for $17k which is out of my price range. One "took" measurements when I was away and never emailed me the quote despite my asking twice. One for $8,900 for guy who canceled twice on day of and finally showed up when I was out of town and could have someone meet him. He also repaired a portion of roof when I had literal puddles in my office. I am not a roofer but I can see the under layer exposed and his stucco work (instead of flashing) looks questionable at best.

  http://www.affordableroofingflorida.com These guys gave me the lowest estimate and did great work replacing my roof, and a friend's roof. They also put the roof on one of the better business bureau buildings so that says something. They also gave me a longer warranty than other roofers. I think they do referrals so if you decide to go with them pm me and I'll give you my info
