  Can anyone recommend a plumber to snake out my backed up sewer line? I would normally call Roto-Rooter, but I think they are probably premium priced. I really don't have premium budget. I do want a reputable plumber though. Not a fly by night "guy". I have read lots of bad reviews on local plumbers around here.
