I worked with a great trainer a few years ago but she works way out in the west end, and with a specific gym. Can anyone recommend someone who can work with me that is good with rehab-ish issues and isn't affiliated to one specific place? I have been sucked into personal training packages at GoodLife in the past and I wasn't impressed by the quality of their trainers.

  Absolutely cannot go wrong with Executive Fitness Leaders on Hunt Club. I've personally worked with Erin and Kyle and they are both great...but so are all the trainers there!
