  Jane Morgan - did you find someone for your flooring? If not then I always recommend Phil 07506 799 583 He's absolutely brilliant and several people on here have also used him now. He simply charges a (very reasonable indeed!) per day rate rather than by the job. He's a lovely guy. Drinks a lot of coffee!
