  I'm looking for a personal trainer for strength training and weight loss. I just went to my gym and had a consultation... They try to lock you into a contract for 12 mo. 6mo. or 3 mo. There is a huge fee just to start, then if you don't sign up for the 12 mo. contract, they almost double your session fees for the 6mo. and 3mo. contracts. I don't wish to be taken to the cleaners... I just want to learn proper routines and posture while working out. Does anyone know of a personal trainer in the Ardmore area that may be interested? I would like to work with a trainer for at least once a week for 3-6 mo.
