  Www.centerpointhealth.org Accepting new patients with nearly all insurances, including caresource. The providers are wonderful with the care they give! They are also hosting a back to school event with free school supplies, hair cuts, games prizes and raffling off 3 bikes as well as goodies for the parents. Not in middletown, but located in southern Franklin.

  Centerpoint Health in Franklin....513-318-1188...ask for the Dental Clinic...it is all based on income and they will set up payment arrangements if you do not have insurance
