  Salim M. wrote: Sherman Romero did the remodeling job at our rental property. His work is fantastic, but he's a sneaky businessman. For example, if there was a part of the house that I needed remodeling advice on, he would never tell me to just refinish it; he would always say to replace it, which allowed him to make more money off of me. We gave him a contract for a complete makeover that strictly stated we would pay 25% of the money up front, another payment when the work is almost done, and the remaining amount when the job is finished. Instead, he kept asking for more money almost once a week. We ended up paying him nearly 10% more than we agreed on and he didn't even finish the job because he left the country! Other than that his work was beautiful, the place looked amazing. It would've been better if he finished it though. I would recommend him for small jobs in your own home, because he is very expensive and not worth it for just a rental property. Advice: put EVERY single detail in the contract and make sure he follows it.

  Sherman Romero. 281-678-4232. He did paint, simple plumbing, and new floors, and cracked tile replacement in our old house before we moved. When we moved to magnolia creek, he enclosed our formal living room and built us a patio cover ( with some concrete added). Very happy with his work. He subs out the specialty work, and all of his subs were very kind and friendly.
