  Hey neighbors, we are first time home owners of a lovely 100 year old. She is a solid girl, but needs some love and maintenance this apartment-lifer cannot offer. Anyone has suggestions for a great old hardwood floor refinisher/healer? We are also looking to get our bathroom and kitchen redone one day, (just some simple stuff) so we would love some suggestions for a great local contractor. Thanks!!
