Does anyone have any recommendations? The ones I have found so far have are either only open in the week or have very few reviews online. Any info would be appreciated!

  The only place I can vouch for is Agile (https://www.agiletherapy.com), their chiropractor Mark is fantastic - helped me recover from acute sciatica over the past year. Not sure if he's in Saturdays, but he's definitely around all day Friday - I've seen him at 6/7 pm before. I know it's not what you asked but if you can get back to Cardiff slightly earlier on Fridays then I'd 100% recommend Agile. The other place I considered was Parkwood - http://parkwoodchiropractic.co.uk, but I haven't actually been, so not sure how good they are. Good luck!
