We are a small busy practice. Our goal is to provide a high quality service for a reasonable fee. We are a family owned practice. We do our best to provide outstanding customer service. We are a small personal office with a skilled and loyal work staff, our hygienist, lead assistant, and lead front office person have been with the practice for over 15 years (not combined.) We really strive to advocate for our patients. If a patient is having an issue with insurance coverage we go out of our way to help them figure out the problem. If insurance does not pay for a claim we research and rebill or appeal at no cost. Patients are also always welcome to call and consult with the office before choosing a plan. Insurance education is just as important as dental education at our office. We offer same day appointments for toothaches and limited treatment. If you call our office a human answers the phone, not an automated phone system. Our after hours emergency number is the office manager (Dr. Tennison’s wife.) We do not charge extra for anesthesia or nitrous oxide. We provide services for babies, young children and special-needs children and adults. We offer hospital dentistry under general anesthesia once a month at Bailey Square Surgical Center. For non-hospital related treatment we offer in-office conscious sedation. We only use local labs for our crowns, bridges, and dentures. We do not sacrifice quality for budget. We buy the highest quality materials that our office can afford. We don’t upsell patients, we really strive to offer honest treatment with the patient’s best interests at heart.
