Portland's First Boutique for Designer Indian Clothing, Jewelry & Handicrafts.
AMRAPALI started as a small home-based business in 2008 that found it's own lovely place in Hillsboro, OR and Oregonians now have a true Indian boutique for the first time!
AMRAPALI has been part of Portland Fashion Week twice, showcasing its beautiful apparel and accessories on the runway.
Apparel have either been designed by our in house designer or personally selected from designers and weavers all over India. We have clothes for Men, Women & Children in all sizes. We have tried to ensure that most of our clothes are made of natural fibre such as Silk, Cotton & Wool. We also have clothes made from Polyester and Viscose.
Each of our jewelry pieces and handicrafts have been hand picked and specially curated from various parts of India. Most of them are unique as we do not buy bulk items. Most have stories associated with them which are happy to discuss when you visit us or write to us.
We have one of the largest bangle selections in the country and we love all the sparkle in our bangle room. We offer bangles in 30-40 colors and 10 sizes that have been specially made for us. Some of the families have been in the business for a few generations.
We are committed to bringing you beautiful pieces from India that have been made responsibly, and that's why we take extra care to visit different cities and buy directly from manufacturers. This allows us to ensure fair prices and quality goods.
Since most of our items are handmade we do want to inform you that some differences are normal. All of our pictures are unedited and have been taken in natural indoor lighting. Some may look brighter or more sparkly when in bright lights. We hope you love your purchase as much as we loved buying it for you.
