I have over 15 years of experience in financial, tax and operational management of small to mid size privately held companies.
I started my career in one of the largest Big F public accounting firms, KPMG. I led auditing teams and was responsible for daily management of engagements, including supervision and training of audit staff, budgeting, planning, and maintaining strong client relationships. She worked with clients with a variety of industries including high-tech, software, manufacturing, retail and service firms.
For the past ten years, I have had senior financial outsource roles working directly with founders, CEOs and business owners of various high tech and service based companies in order to setup and maintain outsource accounting and tax teams.
My strengths include providing guidance and analysis for strategic decision making. I have extensive experience working directly with and for the executive team, and I building financial models used for multi-billion dollar operations.
I have also setup and streamline existing operations to allow for cost reductions and efficiencies.
