Canine Minds and Manners Dog Training — professional dog and puppy training in Calgary, Alberta, Canada with a Certified Behaviour Consultant and Dog Trainer.
We believe in thinking differently about how we live with our companion animals, in challenging the traditional ways of looking at life with your dog. We believe that a well mannered dog that you can happily live with is not a dream but a reality.
The way we do this is by reinforcing great canine behaviours and providing people and dogs with the skills to confidently manage any situation in the real world, because that’s where we all live.
And we also happen to have regularly running innovative, fun dog training classes with two Certified Professional Trainers and Behaviour Consultants where you and your dog can learn and practice these skills in a supportive, safe environment.

We have an almost seven month Malinois/Shepherd pup who is very smart and well behaved at home, in the yard, and at the off leash (only been to the off leash once). Over the last four or five weeks she’s been with us, her leash behaviour has gotten worse to the point that she is snapping at me when I try and correct her (make her sit or focus on me). She is lunging and barking at any animal we come across, including birds, and the worst one is vehicles. It’s almost impossible to walk her somewhere where we don’t see a vehicle and she’s big enough that she’s close to pulling me in to the street. We want to nip this in the bud now, as this can obviously get really bad quickly. Does anyone have any recommendations for leash reactive dog training? Is anyone even open right now?

My daughter (teen) would be her 'trainer' as it is something she is very interested in doing. Pup is fairly well behaved but would benefit from basic obedience before we try agility.
