  Let's try this again... I'm looking for an honest, reasonable contractor to turn add a bedroom to our basement that's finished as one big space...so essentially add a couple of walls, electrical, possibly a rtn air vent. I'd also like to pull up the tile that's in the existing bathroom down there and change it to a material that's not going to crack with foundation movement. I've checked with several contractors, and they are either unwilling to do such a small job, or they are booked for months. Any ideas? Thanks!!
