  I moved to Birchwood four months ago and need help in organising my tiny garden. There is one small fir tree, for example, that is clearly dying and needs to be removed and replaced, perhaps by a rhododendron. I have an income but no savings, so I'm looking for someone who can advise me how to organise my garden and then help me do what is needed, month by month, in return for agreed monthly payments.
