  we use Anita gill last March, is a wonderful lady. And cake we used Rachael from icing indulgence, from memory we paid $300/$350 for a 3 tier cake (one dark choc mud and one white choc and a fake layer) was SOOOOO yummy, all the guests loved the cake too
