Here at NAUTICAL Wellness we believe in a holistic approach, by treating not only the body but the mind and soul. We are located in the historic neighborhood of North Plymouth. From the ocean breezes, to the sounds of the fog horns off of Plymouth bay, you can trust in the level of professionalism and talent you can only find at Nautical.
We approach massage from a custom tailored level of total relaxation, to pain management. We will also work with your doctor to ensure that you are getting the exact treatment you need.
Our Polarity Practitioner is also trained in Reiki, offering energetic healing on a multiple level. From balancing the energy fields of our body, you can reach every level of healing between the body, mind, emotions, and spirit.
