  In search of a one year rental house in raeford, hope mills, parkton, pinehurst or Sanford/cameron areas. We do not want to be in the middle of Fayetteville. We had some changes in plans and are now looking to rent around October 1 timeframe as long as move in is before November 1. Our budget is to stay at or under $1100 and we are interested in a 3-4 bedroom home preferably with a fenced yard, pets allowed(none yet but may or may not get one dog while renting), two car garage and a nice sized backyard for kids. I can look at homes as they come available and we can also sign a lease when agreed upon as soon as possible with a October 1 move in date set. Thanks in advance.
