  Thank you Cabo Molly yes I live on the Columbia too just down River from Sun Cove. I belong to both the NWMLS and the Wenatchee MLS which is a huge benefit for selling homes in Sun Cove. If you are only listed in the NWMLS you are missing all the local Wenatchee agents that show homes based on the Wenatchee MLS but my listings are also listed in the NWMLS for agents from Chelan and the Seattle area.
