Took my dog in February 7th 2022 because he was throwing up white clear liquid, they had me wait in my car with my dog for a good 30mins, once they gave us a room to wait for the doctor they said he would be right with us… However we walked into that room at 12:30AM and the doctor didn’t see us until 2:19AM… I had asked a few times to the staff that were just relaxing and talking about their personal life with their coworkers if the doctor was almost coming to see us.. one of the staff (rude white female) looked at my dog and said with a evil smile well looks like your dog is not dead so you can wait we have more patience… I could hear her and he coworkers giggle and talk about how they lost my dogs clipboard that’s why the doctor didn’t come in because they had forgotten about my dog and I…. Hope this places shuts down. The doctor did not touch my dog at all, he was half asleep with super dirty clothes without gloves or any medicine gown on… very unprofessional… I want my money back for my $75 that I paid for a consultation because they have extremely very unprofessional work ethic and did not service my dog. Caused more stress on me and my dog.
