  Amanda Z. wrote: Did not file my extension for 2016 and I was penalized 1545. They have not done due diligence in assisting me in correcting it. 30 calls and emails not all returned and about a year of going back and forth with this company trying to get information, follow up or advice on next moves on their mistake, I received a collections notice from the OTC. I had outstanding penalties from a bill I was never made aware that I owed for that was, again tied to the extension. They also had the wrong address on my return and those late notices were going to that location.
